"Good mechanics are like gold. Once you find a great one, you stick with them. I have been with Rich at 3A Automotive for years now and although I live almost 45 minutes away, I am happy to make the trip to have them work on our vehicles. I have always been impressed with the quality, value and honesty I receive there. This is a family-run shop that really makes an effort to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. When I take my car in for repairs, I always get a detailed explanation of the problem along with the best options to fix it. Plus, I appreciate the little extras like the mailed newsletters, service reminders and the the free courtesy shuttle. I've happily recommended 3A to family, friends and co-workers. If you're still looking for an ethical shop where they'll treat you right, give 3A a try. You won't be disappointed!"

If my car was "sick" I knew it was treated in the "emergency" section, then repaired and if needed spent time in the "Intensive care" area before being released. Jim and "Staff" are my car doctors.
